Our History

Silver Lining Amenities, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Ronald B. Fernandez, and was incorporated in 1999.

Silver Lining Amenities is a privately held corporation based in Los Angeles, CA. USA.

Our company’s leadership represents over 60+ combined years of experience within the global cosmetic & personal care industries. Our previous careers within the personal care industry provided us with opportunities to interface with global companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, L’Oréal, Neutrogena, S.C. Johnson & Sons, Paul Mitchell, Redken and Sebastian Intl. to name a few.

Our company’s launch into the hotel guest amenity business was the result of our earning a multi-year contract from Mirage Resorts on our very first attempt to enter the hospitality industry, despite the fact our company had no prior hotel guest amenity clients on our resume.

In two short years after the success of earning the Mirage Resort’s contract, Silver Lining Amenities earned a new multi-year contract extension to supply nine of the newly formed MGM MIRAGE’s hotel properties. This new business success then led us to earn the new Wynn Las Vegas contract of which SLA has maintained consecutively since their grand opening.

Silver Lining Amenities became a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in 2002. Our company was recognized by MGM MIRAGE for our service by selecting Silver Lining Amenities as their feature MBE supplier in the resort’s 2002-2003 Annual Diversity Report and Diversity Conference.

Our Global Reach

Our company has established business partnerships with manufacturing facilities and packaging suppliers in both the USA and overseas regions, giving our company vast global sourcing capabilities, thus providing our valued hotel clients with a “one stop sourcing” solution for their products and ideas.

Our Full-Service Capabilities

We operate a full-service warehouse facility in Las Vegas, Nevada USA to cover our domestic hotel clients’ needs. We also utilize a full service, bonded warehousing service provider based in Xinhui, China to service our growing list of hotel clients based in Hong Kong, Macau and the greater Southeast Asia region. Our domestic manufacturing partners’ operations are located in Southern California and within the Midwest region of the USA. Our overseas manufacturing partners’ operations are located in Zhuhai, China, Yangzhou, China, and Taipei, Taiwan.
